I should also mention when I was there it was less than 1/3rd full so there should be no reason for the bartender to never make eye contact or help us in any way. My husband went to the bar for the menus, to order and to pay. With horrible food and service I'll go anywhere in Muskegon but here.
A great setting if you like to party! Sometimes gets a bit too full of people. But a great place none the less!
Worst service I've ever had. Had to write my own order down on paper and hand it to the rude staff. Burgers are good. Other food is disgusting. They could care less if your a paying costumer or if you like the food. They have nothing but excuses for the horrible service and claim "everyone" else likes the food. They obviously forgot about all the reviews from people who didn't like the food.
Had burger and fries for lunch wasent busy but the food was good and not that expensive. Didn't take to long get food either about 10min. Would recommend.
Food is ok. Music at dance club volume at 7pm. I guess some wanna go crazy out of work.
