I am from Grand Rapids mi and I broke down right on the eagle exit, a man stopped and told us where there was a repair place and said they would treat us right, well we went there and Keith who was the only one working stopped what he was doing to help us out tried to offer him 20 dollars and he said no that he don't need it but i insisted he took the money and he said no he don't need it! thank you for all your help you guys are a blessing, got us back to GR if your ever out that way and need something done with your car I say go there! humanity still exist!
Excellent service, Very informative and very fast and affordable.
They scratched our vehicle and did an improper repair which made one part rub on another. When my husband took the vehicle to show them they started yelling at him and 4 guys started to aggressively come at him. One guy even took his shirt off. He got to his vehicle and was trying to get out of there before he was killed and one guy slapped his mirror. Then he pretended to be hit and called the police. He decided to not press his false claim when the officer was there. Now we have a scratch and a part that needs to be replaced. I don't want to ask for our money back because I don't even want to come in contact with any of them ever again. We took 3 of our vehicles there and were happy with the service but dealing with customer complaints is somewhere they need to greatly improve on. Their building also needs some work.
