We have done our business with Belle Tire for years. My wife had an issue where it was dangerous for her to drive an hour to work. Belle was unable to help us like in the past, so I called Sears Auto. The Manager Sean COMPLETELY helped us out. The whole staff when I was there was awesome and very cool. My wife is safe now! This place is so great. The guys that work here are honest and don't try to sell you extra services. The shop is clean and has a comfortable waiting area. Your car is ready when they say it will be ready. They even have gorgeous flowers outside in the spring and summer. I don't know a lot about car innards, but I have always been treated with respect and courtesy here.

I used to always go to Betten Chevrolet for my GM vehicle, but now I go to Sears as exclusively as possible. Sean has always been courteous, timely, and professional asst every turn off the way for my auto needs. I would most definitely recommend going to Sears Auto Center and asking for Sean; he will go above and beyond whatever your needs may be!
Had brakes, rotors, and calipers done. After I got it back a few days had passed and I told my husband that the rear end was shaking. He then did a little investigating and finds 1 lug nut is broken off and missing while another is stripped and does not completely tighten. Now we just bought this van a few weeks ago so it may not of been there fault as to why it was stripped out or broken. However, I do know they had to of seen it and definitely should've mentioned something to me once the completed the job and I would've paid for them to fix it as well. For goodness sakes we're talking about safety here!!!! A mechanic truly should understand that they have people's lives in there hands. I do not plan on going back after this incident and really hope Sears can push to their mechanics how safety and full workability of a vehicle should come first.
