I had the most horrible experience with this place. They damaged my car during the process and tried to say it was already this way. The interior work was subpar. There was still dirt on the head rests and blue jean dye on the seats. Once I showed this to the manager, he had someone to wipe them again, after telling me that the dye can't be removed. Interestingly, after wiping them, the bulk of the dye was removed. There was also a rip on my seat that was not previously there and severe damage on the rear bumper. Very shady business. The manager told me he saw me zero in on the bumper as soon as I approached the car (trying to set me up as a fraudster). This let me know that he was a liar because I started at the front of the car walking around slowly to inspect the work. Do not go there! If you do, have a walk around inspection before the work is started so they don't try to cheat you!!! Terrible business!!!
Best in/out service I've found in Western Michigan since moving here from Chicago four years ago! Prices are more than fair for the services received. Owners and management team are very friendly and accommodating, while those who work on your car are OUTSTANDING!! I won't use another any other car wash.
