Told us my premature son's remains would be ready to be picked up by Tuesday at the very latest, last week. We had to call them to ask what the heck was going on and they said they'd call us back later. Asked for the money up front while we were holding our dead son in our arms. Very unprofessional and I would strongly recommend using someone else for services.
