I have a brand new car took it to the car wash and it sscratches and they told me that there was no way the car wash did it and know i have to wait for corp to look at it. I will never take my car back there and will cancel my trucks monthly car washes

The store on Sherman by Walmart is absolutely terrible! The general manager came into the car wash screaming at me asking if I was an idiot because I was supposed to be in neutral.. I was in neutral but it was making a grinding noise and rocking my car back and forth so I put it in drive and moved up a little then planned on putting it back in neutral. After that incident I was on my way into the store to talk to a manager because I was livid, && at this point I did not know he was the manager. Before I even went into the store he came out and said what do you want.. really? All I said was I'd like to speak to a manager, he cut me off and said I am the manager.. actually the general manager so what is your issue now? I was shocked, he was very unprofessional, rude and honestly just mean... he started screaming at me again saying I was being a dumb ass because a car wash is not that hard to go through, I lost it and started yelling at him as well at this point! He then told me to get off the property and that I am no longer allowed there! I will NEVER go to this place again!! I will be calling the corporate headquarters today and complaining! As a GENERAL manager you should be more professional then that, and the name calling is beyond disrespectful!! Do not go here, it's not worth it!!!
The Quality Car Wash in Holland on Chicago Drive is where I have my vehicle washed and I have the unlimited works sticker. When I entered the car wash today, the sign read that I would be receiving the Quality Wash. When the wash was done I circled around to let the person at the window know and asked the if he knew why I didn't get the correct wash. He said he didn't know and for me to go through the wash again and he would make sure I got the Works. Once I got on the belt, the sign read that I would be receiving the Quality Wash again! The guy I spoke with was there and he manually made sure I got the Works. Hmm, twice in a row the sign reads Quality Wash. Maybe that is what is on my account so I went inside and asked to speak to the manager. He confirms that I have the Works and I started to explain my situation. The clerk at the window interrupted by saying, you got the Works. I asked him if I could finish explaining and he put his hands in the air and said fine, very rudely! The manager waited for me to finish and he repeats the same thing, you got the Works. I said you don't want to investigate and find out why this happened? He said someone maybe cut in front of you? I said no, there was one car in line before me. Then he says it's not a perfect system and you got the Works.
This is not good customer service and it seemed both the employee and manager did not care if they had a dissatisfied customer.

Your website brags about striving for customer service. No apologies and/or understanding that a concerned customer is worried this will happen in the future, instead my concern is not valid enough to listen to so it's dismissed by saying, you got the Works! He kept repeating, you got the Works as if to say please leave.
No register tape in pump outside so you have to go inside to get your receipt. I choose to pay outside when in a hurry or have the baby with me. Frustrating......no time saved today!
Came to get a car wash and vacuum my car and Nikki displayed AMAZING customer service skills. She was very friendly and polite. Thank you!
