Easily the worst contractors I have ever dealt with. Coming from a contractor background, I can honestly say that they are terrible. The work is/was all far below subpar, mostly due to the fact that the workers and owner don't really seem to care much. They've had to be reminded several times to close and lock the doors on the house. They've left the doors open a few times with the furnace running full blast. At one point, the door was left open for about 4-5 days straight with the heater running. They've been called out several time to re-do work they did, because it was not done coorectly or would not pass code. At one point, they had to be asked not to use my own personal tools and materials to do their work. The owner's wife also works as an assistant and she has awful receptionist skills. Worse than frustrating.
Everything was pleasant with this company. From the moment I called them, to the moment they cashed the check. They are fast, and do very good quality work. Don't expect to get the same services from any other contractors out there. There bid was better then most other contractors, and they actually make sure they clean up after there done, unlike some I have dealt with in the past. and unlike muskegon drywall, they don't take short cuts around building codes, everything is done right the first time.
Very unprofessional. After two weeks of waiting for them to complete an estimate they have decided they aren't interested. Guess I should have listened to my friend who had his house butchered by them when he told me to look elsewhere. Make sure your insurance company isn't recommending a company like this.
In all, terrible service.
