The Dr. I saw was short with me, did not explain what was wrong with my nails and when I asked if I could ask a question he said no. He laughed it off, but I think he was annoyed with my question. There was no discussion or instruction given to me. Then when I signed into my patient portal I see the visit notes which said that I was encouraged to ask questions and that what was wrong with my nails was discussed with options for treatment. I don't know what visit they were documenting, but it sure wasn't what was happening in my exam room. I will not return to this doctor or this practice when they write notes that are fictitious.
