Did they do a good job? Yes they did. But a good company should never leave a customer with a mess!

We got our carpet installed last week. What can I say? When they were done I never got that feeling of "wow this looks amazing, you guys did an awesome job!" All I was seeing was the HUGE mess they left me to clean up! After they left, I had to spend a good solid hour with my shop vac vacuuming all the carpet fibers from them cutting the carpet! After that solid hour with the shop vac, I could finally use my regular vacuum to vacuum the rooms without clogging my regular vacuum. When I talked to Penny at the store she made it seem like she really didn't care and that nobody ever cleans up their mess. Which I know is a complete lie, as my parents had their carpet installed from lakeshore carpet one and my parent in-laws had their carpet installed from Lowes and BOTH had their rooms cleaned respectfully as they should! I was not expecting it to be spic and span, just neat. Another thing that happened was they forgot to trim a seam that they had done..... Maybe because it was buried under the big mess?
Very good company. Would definitely recommend them for quality carpet and great installation. Good people, good quality.
I brought them in for a kitchen remodel and when they were tiling the floor they covered my dog I still hear his whimpering when ever I go to bed
I highly recommend to go else where. There are other carpet places that also do really good jobs that clean up after themselves.
