Cant get them on the phone ...they are rude ...And I hate to say this as I am a woman but the system is set up to screw the Men over ...they dont care about keeping Dads with the kids .....call them its like ....If your a woman and in welfare welcome lets screw over you kids Dad !!!! LOL SOME MAY NOT BE READY FOR THAT TRUTH
I was in there one month ago to stop my alimony. I filled out the correct paperwork and they told me it would be handed over to the correct person and be taken care of. Over one month later I'm still getting alimony. I've been calling for 3 days, I leave messages, no call backs and no one answers their phones. I have to take more time off from work to go there since they can't call me back. Very frustrating.
I called and my worker immediately picked up and took time to answer all of my questions. Her name was T and she was very friendly and helpful!
Horrible phone system. No one ever answers or calls back. I have to go into the courthouse everytime. Glad to see my tax dollars go down the drain.
The only thing staff works hard at is evading phone calls and contorting court orders into a document they don't have to enforce. I have never been more disappointed in a judicial system than Muskegon County FOC. Holly Hughes needs to change this common practice as the Muskegon County staff attorney, family court specialists, case workers, and the Judges have all taken part in this continuous circus act without anyone batting an eye. There are nothing but negative reviews everywhere on this page....you would think someone would listen. What has to be done to get these policies changed?! Write Holly Hughes and tell her what's going on!! Speak up!!
