Ordered pizza over the phone to deliver to someone I knew. Total of the bill was $18.62. However I was charged $47.09. I assume they made it a strange number hoping I would not notice at the end of the month. I get email alerts of charges on the card I use for phone orders. When I got the email I called immediately. I was told I have to wait for the owner to call me back.
I always have a good experience with the food but today I went to place a delivery order for some items totaling $17. After the $3 delivery fee and taxes it was $21 dollars and their website refused to accept the order unless our order total was at least $20 for food alone. So now the delivery fee isn't good enough to deliver the food I want? The only way to get them to take the order is to add items that make the total go up to almost $30. Last time I checked a gallon of gas isn't $3 and it definitely does NOT take a whole gallon for them to deliver 7 miles away....unless they're delivering in a tank. And that doesn't include the tip to the driver which is extra too. I'm sorry but $35 (after tip and fees) for a deliboat and salad from a pizza chain is just outrageous. Id be willing to pay a $5 delivery fee and still get the order I want for around $22 (before tip) but I'm not throwing money at you just so you can be greedy.
Wonderful place to eat, i love how they have so many crust styles to choose from and flavoring for the crusts to choose from as well. Its wonderful pizza. Really great food comes out of jets pizza always.
Great salads! Very impressed with freshness, and accuracy of order, fast delivery by very personable gentleman. Also impressed by the change in salad dressings... I ordered Ranch this time because I remembered I did not care for the brand in Bleu Cheese I got last time...
