How can Hot N Readys never be ready?? So ridiculous! 15-20 minute wait? I can go home and make a pizza faster. For the price Domino's and Pizza Hut are right down the road with similar prices
Every time I come I have to wait for a pizza. If I were waiting 5-10 I would have no problem. They tell me that every time but I have waited up to 45 min just for them to tell me they haven't put it in the oven yet... food is good but they need to work on service.
By far the worst Little Ceasars I've visited. The person on the phone couldn't understand the order. We almost drove there in the time it took her to understand a pizza with mushrooms on half. When we got there we added a hot-n-ready cinnamon bread because the front counter said they had them ready. They did not. I asked for a refund, but the manager couldn't figure out how to do it. I ended up waiting for the bread since it didn't appear the refund could happen. Try any other pizza place around. The only people who rate this place high must be the owner's relatives.
I hate Little Caesars in Muskegon!!all of them not one of them can get an order right, even when you called in early also there deep dishes are always doughy and undercooked
