Dave did an excellent job explaining the situation, what my options were, and what he recommended. He even answered questions related to other potential issues I was having. All options were written and explained before making a decision and following through with the plan of action. Awesome service and highly recommended!

Frank was knowledgeable and very professional. He provided good solutions to my problems. Lasco is a little pricey, but I feel that I got my moneys worth.
Had a plumbing problem on a Saturday, sewer backing up into the house, call Lasco, spent $400+ plus weekend after hours OT rates and now 3 weeks later have the same problem. Call again as I had paid to repair this exact same issue, but Lasco DOES NOT stand behind their work. They did offer to send someone out in 4-5 days...lets review my plumbing is backing up again, you fixed it once and now you want me to PAY AGAIN because you don't warranty your work, and you can get out there in 4-5 days. I will call someone else who may be able to fix it RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, AS LONG AS I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN ANYWAY.
We purchased a home right before winter, and our boiler system quit on the first snowfall. Scheduled an appointment with Lascko and they came out and got our heat going with no trouble. They were upfront about cost before doing the repair and had excellent technical knowledge. I also purchased their service plan (which comes with a 10% discount on all major repairs for the length of the plan; nearly paid for itself) and my mind is at ease knowing they’re at my beck and call if I have any other major issues come up.
