Such a crappy place to live. The people suck and the people who own it suck. They are pretty bad people.
So we turn on our oven and can smell gas so I call our parks emergency maintenance and they say 10-15 minutes and somebody will be out to look/fix the problem. 2 minutes later I get a phone call from the park manager saying that she's not sending anybody out and she just recommends that we don't use the stove top or oven for the weekend and she's gonna try to get somebody out Monday. MONDAY. We pay $900 in rent alone and can't get the emergency 24 hour maintenance to come out. We smell gas but apparently that's not important. Guess it's microwave meals for the weekend. Seven also been waiting 2 weeks for somebody to come out and fix the door they improperly installed. Julie in the office is a joke and doesn't care about the residents or their issues. I guess smelling gas is no big deal.
Nice little trailer park
Absolutely terrible place to live! Many reason, i could go on forever... Unwilling to work with you on rent payment if you have proof of medical emergency, add on fee after fee making it merely impossible to get caught up. Inspections were done twice and still nothing fixed and recently received a call asking to do another inspection. High water bill! "Maintenance" is unable to fix anything and we aren't allowed to fix things do to our house being a rental. Extremely unhappy with my choice to move here. Research and ask around before moving in.
They pick favorites. Crazy I know but that's what they do... They have yelled at us for using visitor parking for just a little bit of time but we see a bunch of people use visitor parking every single days for weeks. Everyone else can have things out in their yard like a bike or a lawn mower but we get screamed at for having a rake in the yard it's crazy I know but it's true! They also refuse to give out the number to their higher ups but jokes on them I got it offline
