I bought a hunting bibs for my husband online during blackfriday sale this year, well i ordered the wrong size so my husband and I went to the store on friday the 24th, and asked if they had one size bigger and they where out. So a very nice lady went above and beyond to get us the size we needed. Very nice customer service and I know they where tired from working on that day. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.
I went to this location to purchase some North Face gloves that were on sale, but they were not ringing up for the discount in store. Due to not having data with my phone plan in the States I wasn't able to easily pull it up to show them, but the clerk applied the discount on good faith and I left absolutely satisfied. Absolutely stellar customer service.
Layout seems to be all over. Went to buy a pair of bibs and they where in 4 different locations. Prices are pretty high as well. The only reason I went there was I needed them today or I would of order online.
I got an email promoting $10 off each $50 spent. I needed a helmet so I checked it out. I found a helmet for $129 which became $109 plus tax after the deal.Great I thought and went ahead and ordered it. I received it 5 days later..not too bad. Here's my problem, I ordered a youth large which is what the box said and inside was a medium helmet. So,I call customer service. Not much help. I was gonna have to pay to return it with the shipping label that was provided. So I drove to the store 30 miles from my home. I get there,get bounced from register to register. My store was out of stock. We'll let's return it and order AGAIN. Ok fine. Do you think I get the replacement for the same price as the first? Nope. I had to pay full price and when I receive my second helmet ( hoping it's the right size as ordered) I will have to drive all the way back to the store to get the difference. The point of ordering online is not to take that drive once let alone twice! This was their screw up,not mine. Not a sorry for your inconvenience,not a quicker shipment the second time and nothing but total inconvenience on my end. In my opinion,customer service needs to up its game. I am completely disappointed how this was handled.A little bit of concern or sympathy on their part would have been nice. Instead I'm told this happens often with online orders. Shoes being shipped 2 different sizes,wrong size equipment in wrong boxes. I will shop elsewhere from now on.
A nice sporting goods store. Slightly on the small side but has most.everything you'd need. Everyone there is super friendly and willing to help. This location is very nice to shop at comparable to the Grand Rapids location when it comes to the amount of people. Will probably go down with the lakes mall someday when it closes
