The gentleman who drove me all the way to Grand Rapids was very kind. His van was clean and he drove responsibly. He also gave me some advice on other taxi services for my ride back later that day. I would most definitely choose this service again.
Mike provided excellent service and good conversation. I scheduled ahead of time for pick up from the airport, Mike was early and waiting when I landed. During my visit I contacted Mike the evening prior, requesting transportation the next morning. He responded immediately and was courteous enough to fit me in his scheduled. I highly recommend Blue City Taxi when traveling through the Muskegon area, Ubers are hard to come by in rural regions!
