We were greeted right at the door by a nice young lady. We adopted a cat and she helped us register for a coupon book and give credit to the Noah Project Shelter. Quick, friendly and EASY. Very pleased!
I go to petsmart in muskegon on a daily basis and love it. However the last month they have been rude and taking people that just walk in not knowing who was first instead of asking who was first and I end up waiting for like 20 minutes while others walk right in and get waited on when they are getting the same thing as me. It makes it hard for me to want to come back. And I spend lots of money there. Should talk to employees on customer service.
If i could leave -0- stars i would! Placed an order for store pick up black friday morning. Orders are supposed to be ready in 2 hours. My debit was charged which petsmart states it will not be until order is ready? So i call, no order. I go there, no order, it will take 7 days. I get an email today stating my order can not be fulfilled on sale items, out of stock & money will be returned. NOT ACCEPTABLE! They have the items i purchased all the time & just chose not to sell at sale price. I will NOT ever go to petsmart again! Your lousy service & lack of commitment will cost you plenty. Pleasing your customers is your best & cheapest advertisment. With social media an unhappy customer is your worst decision! Keep your crappy deals.
