Litterally every single time i have ever gone here they are closed. No matter what time of day the gate is closed and lights are off. No hours posted and no sign saying by appointment only. I wanted to take my daughter and neice (who lives quite far away and was visiting) but cannot catch this buisness open. I have lived in the area since april and have seen them open one time. Id really love to take my kids here but i shouldn't have to chase you down to give you my business. So could someone tell me when this buisness is actually open, because it certainly isn't what is posted online. :(
Wonderful place. I had an adult tea party and it was so much fun. She supplied everything we needed! Can't wait to have another's!!!
Beautiful decor, great tasting cupcakes. I am very impressed by the owner's tenacity, strength, hard work and dedication to her business.
The gentleman that submitted a complaint about rudeness at Meijer.....2 things about that. 1) She was probably at Meijer buying the cupcakes to sell at her store or at the Farmer's Market. 2) she claims she wouldn't act that way in public but about 3 weeks ago got extremely worked up and rude with someone at the Farmer's Market. She isn't licensed, doesn't follow most parts of the cottage law (which is insulting to those that actually work hard down there at the market), and won't last at the mall. You weren't there this past Saturday 07/15/17 and a few weeks ago on a Tuesday the store wasn't open. Strange how a cupcake I purchased today has the same exact ingredients listed as cupcakes from Walmart. Stop pawning stuff off as yours when it clearly isn't. 1 star was too much but I couldn't go lower. All you do is make your own frosting (maybe) and garnish your store bought cupcakes. If you did make your own, you'd know what's actually in them when you label your horrible packaging at the market. I'll never come back to you and would encourage others to follow the same path.
I would never recommend using her to anyone she's a mean hearted person.
Horrible customer service even out of her store. I ran into her at Meijer at the self checkout and i was clearly in line first. she walked up on her phone not paying attention and thought i cut her when I went to the next available lane. She instead of asking me what I was doing automatically assumed that I had cut her and she made a huge scene when i tried to explain to her that I had been in line for 4 minutes and there was just a longer line that had cleared up. She thought that there was a left side line and a right side line since there are two sides and she came up on thr opposite side from where I was standing and a lane cleared so she thought it was hers. instead of trying to let me explain she just started screaming at me and makig a big scene over nothing.
