Great food and nice staff
The food was good. But we ordered muffins to go with our breakfast. They didn't come out with our food. When we were ready to leave, I went get our muffins and they had sold out of one of the flavors we ordered. Disappointing. Also no coffee or blended drinks available today.
They for got our Mocha. We waited more than 20 minutes. Services was poor
Eloise is very rude and doesn't really understand the concept of customer service, but the bagels are yummy, so go here at your own risk!
I walk in at 8:30 on Saturday morning to order a dozen bagels to go. The selection was slim to none. Really, at this time on a weekend, should have had more of a selection. I wanted the bagels sliced and many had just a slim piece cut off the top, which made the top useless at that point. Since changing ownership, quality and selection, poor. I won't be spending my money here. Brooklyn bagels has my business now
