The soup is good not much choice on the sandwiches I asked the guy at the counter if they make a club sandwich and he said he don't what club sandwich is It reminds me of the guys that work at Auto Zone that don't no anything about cars
I gave then one star only because there was no lesser option. Twice now I've gone through the drive thru, and recieved a cold sandwhich when its a hot sandwhich i order... The second time i ordered a combo meal with chips and baguette and when i got home, found out i didn't have anything in the bag other then the sandwhich, which had tomatoes and i asked not to have tomatoes, the girl even repeated my order back to me... Would highly recommend going elsewhere if you go through the drive thru expect a long wait, crappy service, crappy food, and them not getting your order right. Almost guaranteed.
I wasn't sure if they'd take walk in customers so close to closing time, but they happily served me and saved me from the junk food nightmare!
I searched Google Maps and there was a Panera nearby, but they closed in 30 min.
I hadn't eaten anything in awhile and wanted something healthy, not junk food from a fast food drive-thru.
Just picked up another perfect meal at Panera Bread. Our daughter gave us a gift card this year for Panera, but we have eaten there for years. Sitting here taping out this review having enjoyed a great meal is a fitting way to start my evening.
Lauren was super nice and was extremely helpful by getting a last minute catered lunch order to our office meeting in under 30 minutes. Lauren and the crew at Panera Bread in Muskegon exemplify great customer service.
As a company, I wish they offered more organic, paleo, and AIP friendly dishes, hence the 4 star rating.
