This place was great. Ed had everything ready for us when we got back from looking at the RV. He had it ready to look at when we got there. Cody showed us how to work everything in the RV and made sure we knew how to us it... I would come back to this place if I need another toy...
Ernie did a great job making the process easy. As first time RV owners we didn't know what to expect. We went to another local RV dealership and the salesman didn't show us all the options available and made the process short. Ernie took the time to show us all the options in our price and weight range. He listened to all or wants and needs showed us more options. And with his help and advice we went with a camper just a bit larger than we had originally expected. After the first camping trip we couldn't be happier we listened. We also wanted to change the table out for a removable table and that process went smooth with the service shop. Thank you for the great experience all around and we will be back when it's time for another.
Take my word for it, you must check out All Seasons RV before making your next purchase. I'm sure you will walk out of there as happy as I am. Thank you All Seasons RV!
Not to mention, the price was unbeatable. I had been looking around on the internet and at various other dealers, before I stumbled across All Seasons RV. I am so glad I found them before I settled on a lesser unit for more money. I got such a great deal at All Seasons RV, I really think I got a bigger camper with double the amenities for the same price I was going to pay elsewhere.
Please take the time to read this. I am being totally honest when I say I have nothing negative to relate regarding our recent experience with All Seasons RV. From start to finish, everything and everybody at A.S. was outstanding. Not only was the staff very professional and thorough, but everyone we met had personality plus. We originally went to the dealership to look at a large fifth wheel more or less for fun. We had no intention of buying anything. I contacted salesman Dave Roach because his name was listed on a Craigslist ad for the r v we wanted to look at. I loved his laid back attitude on the phone, and when we met him, he was exactly the kind of person he sounded like. I told him with his long beard, he looked like a lumberjack, but certainly not like a salesman, and that was a good thing in my book. He was very down to earth and extremely nice, and not the least bit pushy. We ended up falling in love with the 41 1/2' Forest River Sabre, and sat down with Dave and went over the numbers. We concluded that purchasing it might actually be doable. We made a second trip to All Seasons about a week later to check out the unit in more detail. I called Dave and asked him if he could turn the heat on and allow us to spend some time in the r v to try and get a feel of what it would be like if it were actually ours. When we got there, he had the trailer at a toasty 78 degrees and the fireplace going for us. He left us alone to take all the time we needed in it. To make a long story a little shorter, the day after Thanksgiving we made the decision to proceed with the purchase. On December 8th we went to the dealership to sign everything and bring the camper home. We met Noel, the service manager. We spent about half of our time doing the walk through with Adam, the tech who prepped the unit for us, and the other half with Hunter Freeman signing all the paperwork. Adam has owned numerous r v's, and his experience was extremely helpful in answering our many questions about how best to care for our trailer. The dealership manager, Ed Geerlings, came into Hunter's office and introduced himself to us. Everyone was so pleasant and likeable! And the price of the r v, by all accounts of my rv'ing friends, was $20,000 less than any of us would have expected. Adam told us that people come from all over the U.S to purchase at All Seasons because they have some of the best prices in the nation. As you can tell by now, we had a stellar experience. Even though there are r v dealerships closer to my home, I will make the half hour drive to All Seasons to buy my parts and accessories, because they have earned my business. I whole heartedly recommend them to anybody looking for an r v!
We were searching on-line for an RV and came across an amazing deal at AllSeasonsRV. Submitted a request on line and was contacted by Dominique. Dominique was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. They had all the documents lined up and waiting for us when we made the journey from IL to MI to purchase this. Overall process was amazing. The walk through went really well, they were quick to handle any issues we found. Finance manager was great to work with and walked us through everything. We would not hesitate to make the 4 1/2 hour journey back to visit. Great dealership
Looking for my first RV was a little overwhelming at first. But, that was simply because I didn't know where to start. If you are in a similar situation, or even if you are an experienced buyer, do yourself a favor and start at ALL SEASONS RV.
The customer services was absolutely AMAZING: The sales men were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and HONEST! And, they were not pushy. They listened to my needs, and then took a lot of time walking me through all of campers, while explaining the pros and cons of the various models I was considering. The Finance Manager was a pleasure to work with, worked hard to get me the best possible terms on my loan, and made the entire finance process a breeze.
