I gave a rating of 4 because I tried to and wanted to purchase my car at my local dealer. They could not or would not give me a good enough price. I was able to get the same vehicle at another dealer, with more options, at another Nissan dealership. I did my homework and gave three different dealers only one chance to give me their best deal. Another dealer did just that.

Roy was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. From reminding me things I should check for while on my test drive to helping me get my plate off of my old vehicle before picking up my new car, Roy was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle I was buying and found a vehicle that was a good fit for me.
