Looked at a car twice. The first time they told me it was valued at 4 grand and tried to get me to finance it for 3 grand. 20 year old car with nearly 200,000 miles on it. Looked at it again when they lowered the price to 1600 out the door. Said I was trying to steal from them when I offered 1200. Went around with two salesmen and a saleswoman before they. While some people I'm sure are happy with this place, be prepared for them to try and pressure you into making a decision right then and there.
The service center is great, the people that work there are wonderful and very knowledgeable.
Terrible customer service, manager didn't want a sale but came prepared for an argument over nothing. Happy to keep my money and spend it elsewhere.
I really love this place! They helped me get my first Jeep and I love it! Also, the oil change is fast and cheap. 12.00$ to get it changed. Can't beat that price. In addition, the staff is very friendly, they truly try to find a way to help you even if you think it a lost cause. If you are looking to get a vehicle, stop by here and check it out!
