Poor parking lot signage, if you don't know where your going will be driving in circles for a bit. Employee's could be a bit more friendly and helpful.
I haven't specifically dealt with the Nissan staff, but the folks at My Import are a warm, friendly group of sales and service professionals. Vehicle maintenance is expensive, regardless of where you have it performed, but I have come to have confidence in the service department at My Import to give me accurate, reliable, and thorough service and recommendations. In my observation, the service team provides reliable advice on necessary and optional maintenance. They don't just hand you a list of $2,000 in service and say you need all of these done. They take time to explain the options to customers, and sort out whether suggested items affect safety, reliability, or preservation for long vehicle life. They are very considerate of helping people plan out maintenance in the most affordable way.
