Highly recommend this dealership. Not sure about the neighbor complaint above but I know the owners of this dealership personally and that complaint would not settle well with them. Not sure who you are but my recommendation would be to go talk to the owner and you'll quickly learn YOU'RE WRONG. They are good people and want the best for everyone. They really care about people and get excited about the customers they meet through the dealership. We have purchased 3 vehicles through them and have had the best of luck with all of them.
We had an excellent experience at Patriot! In less than an hour, we test drove, signed paperwork, and happily drove off the lot in our Ford F150 truck. The top notch, grade A customer service I will never forget, as most places don't go out of their way to be this accommodating. I will definitely refer everyone i know, and dont know to Patriot Autos and when the time comes for another car, I will gladly go to Patriot first. There is simply no one better!! This was my first experience with any type of auto dealer, and it was perfect, they helped me out in my time of need, and with some info, set everything up for me.
