Greedy. Definitely not a place that cares about customers or people in general. You will be treated as even less then a number. Customer service is eerily similar to how it feels if you're on probation and go in to talk with probation officer lol
The staff at Ramos and Sons Auto Body are incredibly kind and knowledgeable friendly and very accommodating. They listen to the problems and are ready to help resolve the issues in a timely manner. They even go above and beyond

I took my car here after someone hit me in a parking lot. My bumper and tail light were damaged and needed to be replaced. The woman’s insurance was taking forever to send an adjuster out and my tail light wasn’t working for it to be driveable. Ramos gave me one of their loaner cars free of charge until insurance started paying for a rental. Their customer service was excellent and went above and beyond. They fixed my car in the time they said it would take and I got it back good as new. They even detailed the inside. Overall I highly recommend Ramos and Sons.
Service was poor, went back 3 separate days just to get an estimate, had truck for 2 weeks for minor repair.
