If you want to buy a Toyota, I would not recommend going to Toyota of Muskegon. Since I purchased my vehicle there last year, I had 2 bad experiences with them, ending up costing me money. They seemed to have no intention of trying to find a fair solution, even though they made promises and mistakes. Frustrating customer experience...
They promised up front they'd return the CDs from my trade-in, but I never got them back. A complaint did spur a sales manager to compensate me, though.
