It was a GOD moment!
I recently had a wonderful encounter with one of your sales associates. This woman gives customer service a new standard. She located a garment---one I needed to exchange---in one of your other stores. She had it ferried to The Lakes Mall by another of your great associates. Then, she personally delivered it , after closing, to a nearby hotel at which I was staying. I will look upon her act of kindness as one of life's serendipitous moments.
