Terrible experience with sales associate....screwed up order, left out pertinent information about product delivery info and extras that were needed. Still have brand new appliances in my garage 3 weeks after ordering due to miscommunication from associate. Will never buy from Sears ever again.
Absolutely love the staff here. Same day new tires and they saved me as much money that they could. I couldn't recommend the staff enough. They even extend there hours 2 hrs so I can fit in the day. Easy choice for my next stop on car repair or household appliances.
Finally got my new refrigerator diagnosed. It was DOA-bad compressor. They sent a replacement a few days later. That one had a nonfunctional ice maker.
I got upset at that comment. Somehow I managed to get her to schedule a service call. Turns out there is no reset button on my refrigerator. The ice maker wasn’t connected. It arrived from the factory that way.
I called for service and was treated like garbage. The phone rep acted like I was an idiot. She kept pushing me to locate a reset button on the ice maker. I couldn’t find it, and I had to ask her three times to just schedule a service call. She was extremely sarcastic. She said, “You want me to schedule a technician to come out because YOU can’t find the reset button?”
Horrible experience. Went online to view mattresses. Called their 800# to place the order and request a ship date 3 weeks out b/c I am moving in 3 weeks to new location. I was told that would be fine. But the very next day, I get an email telling me they will ship the mattress in 3 days. What!?? I called and spoke to another person ... they assured me it would be fine and it would ship in 3 weeks. BUT yet another email comes to me telling me they cannot delay shipment, it will ship in 3 days from a third party and I cannot cancel the oder! I called AGAIN ... this time a new guy (and ALL their reps have very strong accents so it is very difficult to understand each other...) He tells me I have to call the third party company. ??? WHAT ? WAIT. When did I become customer service. Guess what? Not paying. They are TERRIBLE. Really Sears? Get your act together. Will never shop their again. Bought my new washer and dryer from Home Depot. Done with Sears.
I will never buy from Sears again. They sure have gone downhill.
Delivery people were contracted-not Sears employees. They despise Sears and feel overworked. The lead person did nothing except gripe about Sears. So no—I didn’t want to see them again.
This Sears still has Lands End. Very quiet Saturday night here.
Warranty service is terrible! Had issues with a brand new refrigerator and both times the phone rep threatened to have the delivery guys come back to diagnose the problems.
