I called to check to see if they had any leaf bags in stock and the customer service person without hesitation said yes. I sent someone to pick them up right after I hung up with customer service...and wouldn't you know it they have none. So I called back and asked to speak to a manager and told him what I just typed and that I was just double checking do you have leaf bags or you don't have leaf bags. He said we are not getting anymore I believe.....but he did what the customer service rep should have done in the first place is check and make sure. I called for a reason, and that was not to have a wasted trip and that is what it ended up being. Thank you Lowes customer service.
Great. I love the way the person in the area we needed was VERY nice. He treated us with the ut most respect. We had fun with him. He was not rude at all. If i new his name i would tell u.

I bought a 4'x8' sheet of 1/4" finished plywood for crafts and the gentleman cut it down to 8 pcs. 12"× 48" saving me tons of money on 10/01/17 @5:00pm. I diddent catch his name but he deserves recognition for stopping what he was doing (sweeping the lumber department floor) while the actual lumber dept. employee was on his break. He cut the wood perfectly.
The product I was looking for was exactly where I was told it would be. Quality of the product was ok. The cashier was eating something and talked with food in her mouth. Very unprofessional.
