The lady's at Home Depot very helpful answer all questions... Very nice mamnered.. But rigid tools not to helpful.. Buy the tools and them done to honor their warrantie 4 stars for the home depot 2 stars were rigid
We have had nothing but trouble with Home Depot. Absolute terrible company to go through for carpet installation. They subcontract people who are disrespectful and leave trash in your home. We paid in full and waited two months for them to come and install carpet, only to be put off another 4 days. The carpet layers finally show up, 4 hours late, and complain the whole time giving excuses as to why they won’t be able to lay the carpet, but ripped up our whole dining room, leaving a mess and exposed tacks/nails. My fiancé got upset and told them to just leave if they didn’t want to do the work. They made that into a mountain of a reason why they would not come back. Finally, they agree to come back “Saturday morning” but gave my father a call and said they “talked to his wife who said afternoon is better” they have no other phone number, there for they have no way of even speaking to a female. I’m very disappointed and upset. Right before the holidays, and our house has been a complete disaster for two weeks “prepped for carpet” I would never recommend them to anyone. Even the managers at the store were not understanding or cooperative as we have gone through nothing but hell.
Some friendly, helpful people. Didn't have what I went for. Guy said to order it online. Except what I wanted isn't available to be either be sent to me or to the store. Why put it online if I can't get it? Weird. By the way, I had been looking for rain diverters for the roof.
