Puts you through the "wringer" so to speak. Request quote online and you get bombarded with mailings and phone calls. Postcard says $101/mo for auto insurance without them even knowing all my details. I was transferred to their 1-800 # on a Saturday (insurance agents don't work on weekends ya know......) for an ACCURATE quote and gave all ACCURATE information for a slightly higher amount. Get call from an agent in this local office days later with a quote that is SIGNIFICANTLY higher with than the 1-800# bimbo with the SAME ...... ACCURATE....... information given. An extra star because they ARE responsive - like white on rice and they sound "cute". With the current legislation regarding insurance in Michigan, it's only a matter of time before all of this nonsense is shut-down.
