I've been with this company for 4 years now. I have only had to make contact a couple times and every time I have, they have been rude and less than helpful. In the process of buying a home, my lender wanted to call and verify information on a quote for a new policy and had a horrible experience as well. Rude, horrible customer service. I will be looking elsewhere for my Home Owners insurance and I will be switching everything else to follow. Less than impressed.
