Great to work with! We started with home insurance and now we have home, auto and business insurance with them. Always very nice and helpful.
The man that I spoke with was extremely rude. He made me feel like I was a burden to him when I was asking him questions pertaining to my home and auto insurance. I have spoke with various PREVIOUS customers that stated they have had the same issue since the woman that was employed at this agency had left. All the previous customers stated that the male that they spoke with was extremely rude to them and they cancelled their insurance policy with them. I would NOT recommend this insurance agency to ANYONE.
Honest review, some of the best agents who really get to know you. One time I begged an agent to deny a claim so I could get a loan instead, went through with the claim regardless so ya know they file and pay claims bar none. I just wasn't able to afford their product once I got a second vehical, I will when I had a single vehical they had the best prices, best people, and best service bar none. I have nothing but good things to say as a former customer. I review all businesses that I frequent.
