Awesome customer service. Great tanning beds
My dryer stopped heating all of a sudden and I was left with 2 loads of wet clean clothes. I went to Archer at 7:50pm on a Wednesday. The store hours on the door said that they were open until 9pm. The young lady inside told me that the place had been dead all day and that she was going to close early(8pm) and that I was welcome to put my clothes in the dryer for 10 minutes. Not impressed and I will NEVER use this facility. Very poor customer service. If the store hours are posted as 9pm, they should HONOR that.
The washing machines are filthy, from the soap dispenser lids are black and inside is so much build up from not being cleaned to the washer doors that are disgusting also. Not worth the money!!
