Extremely disappointed in the service and care at Plantega's Cleaners. I used to bring all of my dry cleaning here until I received items back that looked like the haven't been touched. In the process of getting them "recleaned" which took over a week, the manger told me she "forgot" about my items or to call me with a status update. The attitude about this incident was a sorry for the inconvenience but felt more like a "tough luck" situation. I do not feel comfortable bringing any of my items here for the lack of care and responsibility for them. I would not recommend this business. There are many other dry cleaners around Muskegon with lower prices and higher quality of care.
Plantenga’s Cleaners is conveniently located. Prices were fair cleaning the jackets I needed cleaned. They offer coupons periodically, so keep an eye appointment it for them. A word of advice, make time to take pictures of what you need cleaned. Then take time to look at the items when you get them back. I took in 8 jackets and 3 had spots that still needed cleaning and were pretty obvious. The 1 jacket that needed cleaning most came out best, so I was happy with that. I have added pictures so you can see the before and after results.
