-NO customer service. Unprofessional, and rude.
If I could give a less star I would. Booked a rental for pickup Sunday, showed up at my pickup time and nobody was there. There was a sign saying they would return at 330 and I was there at 430. I waited an hour and someone, Megan, showed up and gave me the keys to a car. The car seats were covered in stains and I was not very impressed but I was in a hurry so I took the car. Today I went to return the car. Once again Megan is nowhere to be found. I call the number that the sign has listed for if you need immediate assistance. Funny enough, not really, the phone at the desk in front of me rang. I called the corp number and they told me that she should be there and they have no idea why she's not and that I can go home with the car and return when she gets back. Really? Never again will I use this company. Good luck if you do. By the way this is the first 1star I have ever given. I am not the kind of person to smear a company just because but they need to get it together.
Made a reservation for a car in to get told that I need a Capital One even though it doesn't say it online and to top it off the swear I cancel my reservation even though I gave them the number for it and gave the price of what I was paying. I was angry in the people got smart in rush me off the phone saying have a nice day. Like they didn't care.. So pissed off.

Was charged for a full tank of gas after i told the little old lady the vehicle was on full before she issued me a reciept. And after looking at the reciept she had charged me 32 bucks. If that wasnt great service, how about i leave my keys in the car and call less than 15 min later they tell me to call back in an hour only to tell me im going to have to drive the 30min back to the airport nit knowing if my keys were there or not. Just not a good experience

I'm actually surprised by the bad reviews. I've rented a view times from this location and the Women at the counter always go out of their way to accommodate me whether I have a reservation or not. The customer service is excellent and the cars are always clean and in great shape.
-was not going to let us know they did not have them if I had not stoped day before
