I've used this location several times and I've always received excellent service. Twice I've been given free upgrades without asking. The cars have always been clean and new. I highly recommend this Budget location.
It was easy and fast to use this airport for my car rental. Airport is small and Budget employees were ready to set me up with my car as soon as I arrived. Car was clean, drove well, and there was no additional charge to drop it at a different airport. Plus, my online reservation accepted an electronic upgrade coupon (although not all coupons were accepted due to return to a different airport). Checking in went smoothly and quickly as well.
I was greeted with a smile, The car was perfect, they went over and above... amazing service!!!
Dirty car inside and out, smell of marijuana, someone personal items found under the seat and back seat , need of oil change...then was charged 250$ for cleaning fee as if i was the smoker, even though i reported the dirty car and need of oil change before i left the parking lot...ill see them in court
