Sprint in the Lakes Mall has by far the best customer service. The store manager, Josh Vanderkooi, and his staff are always very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend going to the Sprint in the Lakes Mall for any of wireless needs!!
I'll never go to different Sprint location other than the Lakes Mall Sprint! They've got the best deals on cases and bluetooth speakers and headsets. I had so many problems with the Grandhaven store and the store outside the mall that I almost switched carriers. The guys at the Lakes Mall Sprint are the most knowledgeable reps in the area, and my visit was AMAZING!
Says they open at 11, and it is now 11:30. A note in the door read, "Will be back in a few minutes." Another customer on a previous date had crossed out "few" and wrote "many." It's a big inconvenience to simply not have the store open when it should be. Change the time schedule if it's not correct rather than having customers waste their time driving out to the store for no reason.
Never is it enjoyable to go back into a store unless you have too, but Josh Vanderkooi and his team at the Lakes Mall Sprint sure make it bearable. Always an exemplary display of customer service from the management and staff in its entirety. Cant say theres many places I enjoy to go to that i have a monthly bill from,but due to the VIP service this store offers i will continue to stop in and say hello to what are new friends, as well as recommend everyone to at least check out what they can do for you!
Today I was helped by Mr Vanderkooi and he made my problem simply vanish! Go to this store if you want great service! If you are working in a budget they will help you out and get you into the right plan that works for you! I am most great full with my choice of coming here and I would suggest this location to anyone!
