I have been shopping at The Camera Shop for a year now and I drive 45 minutes to get individualized help with all my camera needs. I won't shop anywhere else. Justin knows his stuff about everything photography related and only tries to sell you what you need. He asks what you are trying to accomplish and gives you multiple suggestions to choose for yourself. He never pushes products or favors one brand over another. The Camera Shop offers a variety of products and brands along with a wide selection of printing options to preserve your memories. The classes offered on all subjects of photography are the most beneficial part for me. I can't say enough great things about The Camera Shop in Muskegon!!

I had a problem with my lens not working, Justin was able to do a firmware update at the store saving me the hassle of sending it in. Very helpful. Its great to have a local camera store with a knowledgeable staff. Always great service here
Had such a great experience here!! Justin was very helpful and patient with me as I am very new to photography and don't know much about it. He not only listened to me to truly understand what I was looking for but he also really explained the specs of each camera to me and demonstrated it for me as well. He also stayed after closing time to help me in my decision making process and not once did I feel rushed! I was also invited to join in on some of their photography groups that they offer as well as their monthly photo contests.
