We stayed here on vacation in the area and loved it. Great location to travel the region and one of the friendlier staffs I've ever encountered.
Lots of restaurants close
We stayed here sue to the power outage in Grand Haven. We wanted a pool and they had one, I wish though that, when I called to ask, they would have told me it was a salt water pool. The bed was comfortable - could have used a shelf in the shower to place my shampoo on. Ended up with an English muffin with peanut butter. Other breakfast items were either empty or unrecognizable. I needed a bed... they had that..and a shower ... they had that too.
Disappointed, hot tub cold,got settled into the room and television did not work, staff was very apologetic but we had to pack up and move to a room on a different floor. I do not fault the front counter people but maintenance should be checking pools daily and dropped the ball. I feel we were over charged for the ammenenties we couldn't enjoy
