Great accommodations. We stayed and saw The Singing Christmas Tree. Had a great time . We enjoyed the restaurant. Great staff.
The room is very spacious and comfortable. It doesn't have a safe but does have a microwave and mini fridge. We had an excellent dinner from the hotel restaurant. The pool area is nice with not only a hot tub but a sauna and a steam room in addition to the work out area.

very nice conference center, attached to a nice restaurant (3rd street grill). never stayed there personally but had friends that worked there and booths in the conference center. all in all a great location.
Excellent stay for a family of five. We had a great experience at this hotel. Spending the extra money for the breakfast is definitely worth it if you have children as they eat for free. The same applies for dinner - kids 12 and under eat free with a paying adult. Good location near Michigan's Adventures and the beach. It was my son's birthday and the restaurant prepared a special birthday treat with song included, on the house!
We stayed here in the summer for a trip to Michigan adventure. The ac did not work in our room (room 226) The temp in our room was 80 degrees. The hotel was full so we could not be transferred to another room. It was already late at night and our kids were tired so we suffered , and tried to sleep while sweating. The room from above was leaking into our room from the bathroom above. The hotel is in bad need of being updated. The staff was very friendly thou. You can tell the staff makes the best of what they have. Whoever owns and operates this hotel is a very bad operator. Will never stay here again for our next trip to Michigan adventure.
