I stopped in to use the restroom and ended up purchasing 2 mattress protectors and I will be coming back to buy a mattress in a few weeks. Kayleigh was very helpful and knowledgeable. She sold me on the need to use a good mattress protector to extend the life of my mattress. The demonstration of the adjustable base sold me on the need to save up for one of those!!! Highly recommend this store. Very clean and prices are great too.
Shopping and purchasing at Mattress Firm in Roosevelt Park was an awesome experience all the way around. Since my wife and daughter had a great experience there a couple of years ago, my wife and I went into the store this time to shop for a new queen size mattress for ourselves. Laura was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! She listened closely to our needs and our budget, and worked extremely hard to get us an an exceptional mattress at an exceptional price. So much so, that we ended up buying an additional mattress for our son!
Laura was an excellent sales lady. She set me up with an early Christmas gift for my husband to surprise him when he comes home from a hunting trip. She got us set up with an awesome bed at an amazing price. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new bed.
