Great place, trainer Tyler was super helpful with our dog and his needs. The nature walk area which you can do off leash is awesome as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
I was in from out of town and my puppy needed a few hours of entertainment, and some serious grooming. I got the Tucker Out package and it was well worth the money. The little bandana they stuck on him had me laughing all day, and looking like a crazy dog lady. Loved it! I highly recommend this place :)
This is a great place for doggy daycare! Dog Star is built on land that was a golf course. As a result, there are many acres, including water features, for the dogs to run and play. The assistants up front are friendly and very knowledgeable about the facility. Take your dog for day care and expect to pick up a happy, exhausted companion!

Good grooming service but poor kennel service and poor customer service. One of our dogs contracted kennel cough while on a two week vacation, and instead of contacting us they took it upon themselves to "treat" it with yogurt and honey. We were informed when we returned, of the suspected condition, and that she has hacked up mucus. Very upset that they did not call and ask us what actions to take. Now both dogs are on antibiotics and steroids to knock out this highly contagious condition. When I called on a Friday to talk to a supervisor I was told she was in a meeting. I called again and was told I would hear from the owner the next morning. I got no phone call the next day so I called and left a message. Monday morning a manager called to talk with me. She did apologize but it seemed very rehearsed, and she was unconcerned that we would never be back because we could not trust them.
