Excellent place for young children to swim and play. Water is shallow in the creek and there is a steep drop off on the Duck Lake side which is great for swimming and boating. You can walk into Lake Michigan via the creek...

This park is great. Nice fishing lake with very clear water. A beach right on lake Michigan also. Gotta love Michigan!!

Great spot to watch the sun set
Perfect for kids, especially when the waves are big or the big lake is on a cool streak. The channel is great fun for drifting on floaty toys out to the big water, and playing under the bridge makes memories of a lifetime; I grew up playing in this channel, and now I bring my grandkids.
